for our SuperBOT-2.
They came to us with a set of Melexis device for support.
The application was high volume programming of Melexis
chips.

However, we found out that Melexis has a policy of not releasing their proprietary programming algorithm outside. After a considerable period of negotiation, we gave up on Melexis's support and began generating programming algorithms by 'reverse engineering' the programmed chip.

Our talented engineering team took upon the task and produced two algorithms in time for our shipment of the SuperBOT-2 system.

SCENE #3: Result
The result was successful.
The System was already supporting 100K+ devices before then. From this case, 4 of Melexis devices were newly added. Those are Melexis MLX81106, MLX81107, MLX81108, MLX81109 LIN RGB slave, which are used for car interior lighting control purpose. The devices are programmed at a rate of 1200/ hr. Future adaptation to SuperBOT-3 will increase it to 2200/hr. SuperBOT family of Systems are designed to operate 24/7 non-stop. Now, Melexis has approved our system and is preparing to add our product on their site.
Of course, our partner, the Oshino Electronics, has been able to successfully start programming their chips.
